Leaving on a jet plane...

I'm sitting at the airport waiting on my flight as I type. I'm so excited! I have magazines and my laptop and I'm all alone :) I'll be scrapping and reading on this flight. It's been a long time since I've flown alone and I'm excited. Jeff and Landree arrived safely on Sunday and have been have a wonderful time. I hoped to catch up on my pictures from Trunk or Treat, but I've been busy cleaning up and Jennifer and I had some fun 'girl time' out yesterday with no babies. Michael was nice enough to come home and hang out with Cooper so we could have an afternoon out.

Megan and I will be walking Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I'm really excited! We both walk for loved ones. My grandmother passed away in 2002 and Megan's mom is currently fighting liver cancer, but is a breast cancer survivor. It's a disease that doesn't discriminate-we've recently met a couple at our church that has a little girl a few months younger than Landree. Lisa just finished up her last chemo treatment for breast cancer last week. What an amazing story she has to share! She's only 30 and has no family history. Check her out here.

And just because I'm so behind: Check out these trunk or treaters! More about that later. We had a great night! Do you seem a theme? Landee has two suckers that night!

Oh, and just in case you haven't heard it all day today-go vote! I only had to wait an hour and a half at 6:45 this morning. My mom called to brag that it took her 10 minutes! It's worth it either way and your right-be sure you use it!

It didn't even take me 10 minutes. Just walked right in, signed my name and colored in my little Republican circle.

Praying for your run!

Praying for you and everyone else that is participating in the walk this weekend!

My aunt died from breast cancer back in 98 and an incredibly close friend of mine that basically raised me died from ovarian cancer in 04. I believe this disease has affected everyone in this world in some way!

Thank you for what you are doing!!
