We had the best time on Saturday! We packed a lunch and had a picnic at the zoo.
Landree sat up in her stroller during our lunch just looking around at everything. Their picnic area is a wooded area; now that she can sit up she doesn't want to lay down (that's for baby's).
We decided to buy a zoo pass so that we can go anytime. We'll...by the time we finished lunch Landree was ready for a nap. So her first time to the zoo she slept. I joked that our picnic lunch cost $50 so we decided to go ahead and walk around a while in case she woke up. She did wake up in time to see the bears and the sea otters. We took a picture of the monkey's to show her. She loves the gorilla in our Good Night Gorilla book. We had a fun time! And I'm sure we'll have many more trips to the zoo!
