Getting Creative...

I got a new camera and Photoshop for Christmas and I was so excited about digital scrapbooking (and I still am), but I can't figure it out. I am also becoming more and more addicted to blogging...there are so many cool blogs out there! I want mine to look cool too! I found a lady that designs blogs, but I know there has to be a way to do it on my own. I think I have the right tools...just not sure where to start.
