Today we went to the Lexington Christmas parade. We had such a great time! The Brewer's met us there, and I don't have a picture to prove it because my battery died-so sad! You'll have to take my word for it. The kids loved the bands, and firetrucks, and all the suckers that were handed out. It was a little cool, but we had a great time. We've been having so much fun doing all kinds of fun Christmas things. I have lots of great pictures to share soon!
Friday, my friend Leslie and I went to Ashville, NC for the Biltmore Baptist Church's Christmas Spectacular. And that it was! I've never seen a church production like that! There were hundreds of people who participated along with live sheep, a horse, and flying angels! Leslie's daughter, Rachel, is the children's worship leader at BBC and she did a fabulous job with the kids! On Saturday, when Leslie and I were headed home Jeff and Lee played flag football and Denise so sweet to keep Landree. They went to the Mrs. Santa story time and train ride that we went to last year and I was able to meet them in time to see Landree ride the train once. Denise took pictures so I'll post them when I get them.
