What you don’t know is that we’ve been on the same ‘road trip’ for the past six or so weeks. When Jeff headed to beach camp the kids and I (along with my sweet momma-who flew in to drive with me) headed to Texas. We were here a few weeks before we made another road trip to CO with Jeff’s family and we’ve been in TX for a few more weeks. Now that Jeff is home I feel like I can share more about our latest adventures without telling the world our house is and has been unattended! As you can tell lots of shopping has occurred and luckily one of those purchases was a cargo thing for the top of my car. I found it at Goodwill for $3.99. Score! It was a little smaller than I imagined, but if the suitcase and shoes that are in it were in the car I couldn’t have brought home all of the other goodies I’ve purchased.
So the next two days we’ll be traveling and then I’ll be unpacking-ugh! But I plan to catch up soon! Hope everyone is having a great summer!

$3.99???? Wow! That really was a bargain! The worst thing about traveling is unpacking and washing clothes BUT I really love traveling with my family. Lottie and Emma for some reason are so well behaved when we travel...lol!
Road trips are the best!!! I didn't realize that we were on parallel road trips this summer. Wish I had known!
