After we ate and celebrated our little man (with cake!) we headed back outside to play in the pool a little longer. Hudson had the BEST time! We let him play in the cold well water until his little lips turned blue and then we opened presents. The sprinklers went off when we were eating dinner so the playground was a little wet-with our sprinklers and the regular sprinklers. The big kids loved splashing in the puddles.
Present time-our sweet friends gave Hudson the sweetest coolest boy trucks, puzzles, gift cards and books. My personal favorite-he Too Many Toys book. I think I even told Trish that Hudson didn’t need a thing he had too many toys! I think this book was written about Landree :) It’s really cute-about a little boy who’s mom is trying to clean out some of his toys.
After presents we passed out our bubble party favors and friends just hung out and played a little longer. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends that we consider our family here. And we were so blessed that Mia could be here for our party too. Everything was perfect-just like our little ONE YEAR OLD! I can’t believe he’s already a year!
