We had a super fun time with our friends on day 2, but it was pretty uneventful because poor Hudson was sick! He never wakes up crying or fusses much at all EVER so when I woke up at 7 and he was crying I went into his room as quickly as I could. He had a bad diaper and was throwing up a little bit. So we called our natural heath lady that we see and see told us to bring him in. Bless his heart he had salmonella! We don’t know where it came from, but Ellen had seen about 15 people with it this week. She said he could have gotten it from a grocery cart or the table at a restaurant or really anywhere. The only good thing about this was that he wasn’t contagious so we, ok who am I kidding, I didn’t have to freak out about germs and him getting Hayden sick. After his appointment he was great! No more diarrhea or throwing up. Praise the Lord! We pretty much just hung out the rest of the day-Megan and I did meet up with Stacey for her to take Hayden’s pictures at USC. I know she got some good ones I can’t wait to see them! Updated they are posted under client galleries, and are oh so cute!
Today we slept in a little bit (until about 7:30), Jeff made us yummy French Toast and after the boys went down for their morning naps Megan and I headed to the flea market. We were wishing we were at Canton this month, it’s like comparing Hamburger steak and filet minion. We both bought the boys some clothes-I got Hudson a pair of jeans for $2 and a shirt for a $1 and I got a cute jacket for a $1! It was more like a giant garage sale, but fun and we covered the entire market in 40 minutes!
After the flea market we came home and got the kiddos fed and then headed out to an afternoon at the zoo. This was Hayden’s first trip to the zoo, and I’d say it was a hit. At least the Icee was :) Landree loves Icee’s too! It’s the reason we go to the zoo-that and the carousal.
After the zoo we headed home for everyone to rest. We finished our evening with homemade pizza, playing, reading and new pj’s. Aunt Megan got the boys the cutest matching monster pj’s. Hudson was ready for bed and didn’t want him picture taken, but they were so cute all matching!
This is what I’m working with-Landree is so funny when I take her picture :)

That's so sad! I'm glad Hudson's feeling better! His and Hayden's little pj's are too cute! :)
