We’ve had a great start to spring break this week by spending our day in jammies, organizing toys, changing sheets, and playing all day long!
We had a great Easter weekend! Friday we got a fun box in the mail from Grandma, Papa, and Maggie full of books, a castle for Landree to paint, a new car for Hud and some fun shirts for both of the kids. And of course marshmallows! There was also some fun money for Jeff and I. We already spent it at Lowes to build stairs for the trampoline and a train table for Hud’s cars/tracks (fun!). Thanks so much Grandma and Papa! Popee and Mia sent us some fun money too. We are so blessed by our parents! Thanks Mia and Popee!
Hudson is in a fun stage where he wants/likes me to his picture. Then he wants to see it. I’m so glad one of them likes having their picture made.
Friday we watched too much tv, and stayed inside. All this fresh air is killing mine and L’s allergies. Saturday the kids played and made Easter eggs out of play-do. No dying eggs for us this year.
Oh no, he sees sis turn her head and he had to try it too. I promise he has lots of cute clothes :)
Hudson and Landree got lots of goodies in their Easter baskets. Candy, cars, Polly pockets, tag reader books, stickers, bath tub colors and more! We don’t really ‘do’ the Easter bunny, we just give them their baskets.
They opened them up on Sunday before church. So they might have had jellybeans for breakfast.
I stuffed the big kids (that we egg hunted with on Sunday) prize eggs with ‘tickets’ for fun things like ice cream, date night with dad, park pass, etc. I saw the idea on Pinterest of course. Egg hunting pictures up next! :)

Love these pictures. Jelly beans for breakfast once a year is not all bad, right?
So glad we got to hang out with you guys and do our egg hunt. can't believe how big all our kids are getting. of course you know, I really love the picture of Hud stuffing his mouth with just one more jelly bean. :) Love you friend.
It looks like you had a great Easter! Love the personalized Easter baskets!
What fun! I took that same idea off of Pinterest...I might have taken it from you! Lottie traded Emma 3 notes that she found for the one that said, "Date with Daddy":)
